1. Introduction

These terms apply specifically to employers and organizations posting jobs on GoSkilledTrades.com. By submitting a job listing, you agree to comply with these terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Job postings are reviewed before they are posted onto our job board.

2. Eligibility

Job postings must be related to the skilled trades, facility maintenance, construction, or infrastructure industries. GoSkilledTrades.com reserves the right to reject or remove listings outside of this scope.

3. Content Requirements

  • Listings must be truthful, accurate, and clearly describe the job opportunity.
  • Must not contain discriminatory language or violate any employment laws.
  • Cannot advertise multi-level marketing (MLM), scams, or unrelated services.
  • Listings must include a way for job seekers to apply (e.g., email or link).

4. Posting Duration & Pricing

Job postings remain active for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change. Promotional offers (such as free listings) are time-limited and may be adjusted without notice.

5. Data Handling & Privacy

Information submitted in job postings (e.g., contact emails, job descriptions) may be publicly viewable. Employers are responsible for the information they submit. See our Privacy Policy for more on how data is handled.

6. Moderation Rights

GoSkilledTrades.com reserves the right to remove or edit any job posting that violates our terms or does not meet quality standards. We may also suspend or terminate employer accounts for repeated violations.

7. No Guarantee of Results

GoSkilledTrades.com does not guarantee the number or quality of applications received. We are not involved in the hiring process and are not responsible for employer or applicant conduct.  We are not responsible for any hiring decisions, interactions, or communications between employers and applicants that result from job postings made on GoSkilledTrades.com.
